For Publishing Services

• Once the manuscript enters editing/processing, no refund will be issued.

• If the project has not started, a 50% refund may be issued.

For Printed Books

• Orders cannot be cancelled once printing starts.

• Damaged or misprinted books will be replaced at no extra cost.

For e-Books

• e-Books (digital items) are non-refundable after delivery.

• Free e-books are non-chargeable.

For Services (Editing, Cover Design, etc.)

• If work has started → no refund

• If work has not started → partial refund may apply
