Higher education is undergoing a significant transformation in response to the rapidly changing needs of society, technology, and industry. In this evolving academic environment, Outcome-Based Education (OBE) has emerged as an effective student-centered approach that focuses on measurable learning outcomes, competency development, and employability.
Unlike traditional teaching methods that emphasize content delivery, OBE concentrates on what students are expected to know, understand, and demonstrate at the completion of a course or program. This approach enhances the quality, relevance, and accountability of higher education by aligning curriculum design, teaching practices, and assessment methods with clearly defined outcomes.
